These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of WardianLabs (the "Service"), operated by OTOCO BASE WY LLC – Lightning Technologies – Series 63 ("WardianLabs", "we", "us", or "our"), a series of a Wyoming series limited liability company with a registered address at 159 N. Wolcott St. Suite 133, Casper, Wyoming 82601, United States.
By creating an account, logging in, or otherwise using the Service, you ("Customer", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization, and "you" refers to that organization. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
WardianLabs is a platform that helps Discord community owners manage paid membership access by connecting their Discord server to their own Stripe account, automatically assigning and removing Discord roles based on the status of their members' subscriptions. Access to the WardianLabs dashboard requires authenticating with a Discord account.
You must sign in with a valid Discord account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account and for all activity that occurs through your WardianLabs account. Notify us promptly at hi@wardianlabs.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
New accounts may start on a free trial period. At the end of the trial, continued access to the Service requires an active paid subscription, billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file on a recurring basis until you cancel. Where applicable, a one-time setup fee may be shown separately at checkout and is never charged without your explicit confirmation.
You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise. We may change our pricing prospectively, with notice communicated through the dashboard or by email before it takes effect.
You are solely responsible for your Discord server, its members, the prices and Stripe products you configure, and your own relationship with your community members, including having your own terms of service and privacy policy where required. WardianLabs is not a party to the subscriptions your members purchase from you and does not process payments on your behalf; those payments flow through your own connected Stripe account.

The Service integrates with Discord and Stripe. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies, which we do not control. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or actions taken by Discord or Stripe that affect the Service.
Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
WardianLabs and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including for breach of these Terms or non-payment. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including billing, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully available at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WardianLabs and its owners, officers, and contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold WardianLabs harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your Discord community, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the dashboard or by email before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
